We stayed for 3 night and liked our stay. It had a fantastic setting so close to Paris as well as many shops.

The view from the apartment was nothing special.

Stayed at this "cozy" apartment. Loved the "charming" noise from the streets all night and the "invigorating" smell of homeless people. Towels were like "exfoliating rocks" and bathroom was perfect for practicing "elbow contortion". Just what I needed!

the rooms were outstanding, besides they have a fridge, a microwave oven, and air conditioning. location is incredible for paris short walk to the centre, the metro and super markets and all key points like louvre notre dame, and supermarkets.

The guestrooms at Holidaysinparis - Republique are beautifully and uniquely decorated, giving each room a cozy and inviting atmosphere. I loved the personal touch and felt right at home. Having a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator and oven was a game-changer. It made it so convenient for us to store and prepare our own meals, saving us money and ensuring we always had our favorite snacks on hand. The air conditioning in the apartment was a relief during the hot summer nights in Paris. It kept the room cool and comfortable, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. The washing machine in the apartment was a bonus. It made it so easy for us to do laundry and ensure we had fresh clothes throughout our stay. The studio also had cable TV, which was great for winding down and relaxing after a long day of exploring the city.

While some may enjoy it, I personally found the lack of a bathtub in the private bathroom a bit disappointing. But I understand that others might not mind it at all.

Awesome location next to supermarkets and so many mini market and metro bus and train, everything perfect. Location right near subway entrance. And it is near restaurants.

the Goncourt Metro entrance is right in front of the front door, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. the apartment had a charming and feminine decor, with a recent update that made it feel fresh and modern. We loved having a nice balcony to enjoy our morning coffee. the water pressure in the bathroom was excellent, and the overall cleanliness of the apartment was impressive. Being on the 2nd floor meant dealing with just one flight of steep stairs, which wasn't a problem at all. the location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores within walking distance. the property management was efficient and responsive, providing clear instructions for check, in and even offering baggage storage when we arrived early.

During my recent stay over Christmas, I found the location of the hotel to be very convenient. It was situated right next to the metro and bus stops, making it easy to get around the city. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores in close proximity, which made finding food and supplies a breeze. I also enjoyed the cute decor in the hotel, especially the pink accents, which added a feminine touch.

There were some aspects of my stay that were less than ideal. the noise from the street was quite loud and went on throughout the night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

the apartment was clean and in a great location near the center. we discovered some amazing local restaurants and loved having YouTube on the TV. the host - Mr. Marcel - was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more comfortable.

Can't recommend highly enough.

The apartment was conveniently located near supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. the bus, taxis, and metro station were right outside, making it easy to get around. the highlight was the nearby Place de la Republique. Guests with children will appreciate the cute balcony and the availability of YouTube on the TV.

holidaysinparis - republique surpassed our expectations. The well-managed process and fast response from the property management impressed us. The location was very convenient with a metro station and grocery shop right beside the building. It made our day-to-day living easy and enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was comfortable, clean, and had a well-equipped kitchen. The location was excellent, with a metro stop right outside the building and easy access to markets, restaurants, and shops. The staff, especially the lady with Polish origin who gave us the keys, was very nice. Parking was available nearby, and we enjoyed the convenience of having bus, taxi, and metro stations right outside. Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
